SAP Readiness & Maturity

We provide simple, affordable, and highly-effective assessments for three critical junctures in the SAP life-cycle.

Enterprise Readiness Assessment:  assuring the readiness of your organization to launch a successful SAP project

Go-Live Readiness Assessment:  assuring the readiness of your organization to go live with SAP applications software

SAP Maturity Assessment:  measuring the relative maturity of your SAP applications platform and organization

In the assessment survey, a client’s chosen respondents are presented with best practices relevant to the model. For example, in the SAP Go-Live Readiness Assessment is the best practice "End users understand their role in fulfilling business processes."

Respondents reflect agreement or disagreement to this statement on a defined scale of 1 (Complete Disagreement) to 10 (Complete Agreement)

The result is a rich diagnostic of a client readiness or maturity across five levels and four categories of activity. In the above example, while readiness for organizational change and risk management are both just short of  "par," SAP expertise may need to be more fully addressed.

Armed with a clear diagnostic, clients can address identified shortfalls in readiness or maturity, usually through education or organizational change management to assure that time and cost investments pay off in measurable business benefit.

The foundation of each assessment is a model consisting of five levels and three to four categories. Below is the SAP Go-Live Readiness Model. Each model summarizes the best practices for each level and category.

In the assessment tool, we measure levels of adherence to a best practice by which "par" is 7.5. If a respondent does not feel qualified to answer, the assigned score is 5 = neither agree nor disagree.

Results are provided for each level as per the sample below as well as for each of the categories of activity.
